RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to return any of the items that you have received, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you received your order.
You are of course allowed to try the product to see if it fits, but please be sure not to have any perfume or deodorant on, as it can leave scent or marks on the item.
All items returned must be unused and in the same condition as when received, they must have all tags, including original packaging materials. Please complete the return form included in your order and enclose it with your return shipment to us.
Once we have received your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed as soon as possible.
All returns, including shipping costs and arrangements, are the customer’s responsibility.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend that you ask for a receipt when you send items back to Style Urbanized. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return. Refunds are performed by Klarna and we will instruct Klarna to refund you as soon as we have accepted the return.

Exchanges for a new size
If you want to do an exchange for a new size, you must make a new purchase. If you have used a discount code on the first purchase, this discount will be transferred to your new order in connection with our handling of your return. Exchanges are free of charge, but you still need for to pay for the return shipping of the original order and we will offer free shipment on the replacement order. If you want to exchange for a new size please contact email@example.com, with “Exchange” in the email Subject. An exchange is only valid when exchanging to another size or colour of the same item.
Right of withdrawal
14-day cancellation period
When you shop with Styleurbanized.com you have 14 days to cancel, when you can inform us that you have changed your mind and return the item to us.
The cancellation period starts on the day you received the items. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
After receipt you may only handle the items so as to establish their nature, characteristics and the way they operate.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the items. If you want to cancel an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, with “Cancel” in the email Subject.
We expect you to return the items as soon as possible after you have given cancellation notice and no later than 14 days after you have changed your mind.
Damaged goods/Missing packages/Incorrect Orders
Please contact Style Urbanized immediately in case your order is missing, incorrect or has been damaged using the email email@example.com including the text “Claim” in the email subject. In the case that your parcel is damaged, or any individual items are missing, please include a photo in your email so we can investigate it further.
If you have received incorrect products or wrong delivery, Style Urbanized will cover the shipping cost for rectifying wrong deliveries and/or wrong products.
All complaints are subject to the approval of Style Urbanized before they are accepted.
